I’m very disappointed in this water filter system. The reviews are accurate in that it leaks all over after you fill it. After the third morning of cleaning up water all over my kitchen counter and floors, I returned the unit. Waiting for my refund to be processed.

I previously owned the "pitcher" style clean water machine. I found this dispenser unit far superior. First it has almost twice the amount it can hold versus the pitcher style which has an inner/outer chamber unit. Second, you only pick up the unit to refill with water which will further the life of the bottom piece under the container. And the most important thing of all is the awesome taste of the water!
