Great tasting water

I have had this machine for about 6 years and love it. The water tastes clean and refreshing. I can't imagine not having it. My one concern is that in the six years, I have had about 5 replacements because after using constantly, the machine begins to leak. I am frustrated with the leaking issue that doesn't seem to have a fix yet. Initially I was sent an "O" ring and that did work - for a while. I am not giving up and am hoping that Aquasana can fix this problem because when working, the machine is awesome.
Pros: Easy to clean, No odor, Clean taste, Good Water Flow, Easy to install
Cons: Not durable

I am enjoying the Aquasana counter product. The water tastes great and no longer smells like chlorine. It is easy to fill through the opening on the top. I like having it instantly available for just my self or when there is company. A little noisy but only when I am actually filling a glass so can live with that.

The water quality is good, but water dribbles out the lid over the filter compartment while running, enough to cover the counter under the machine. Have tried reinserting filter and adding lubricant to the o-rings, but only thing that works is pressing down VERY firmly on lid while it runs.
Pros: Clean taste
Cons: Not durable

Overall I am happy with this product. I have not had the water tested for pollutants, just taking the word of the manufacturer. But the water tastes very fresh. So easy to just pour a glass of clean water. I was surprised how fast it operates. A little noisy but literally just takes seconds.

The water tastes fine, but the unit has a tendency to leak a little from the filter chamber. The water dribbles out of the top of the chamber at times, getting the counter top soaked. It’s also really loud. But I’m mostly disappointed with the filter life. I’ve only had the unit for six weeks and the blue light is already flashing, indicating it’s time to replace the filter. It’s advertised as being able to run for three months or more before replacement is required. That changes the equation a bit. The filters aren’t cheap, so going from three months to six weeks is significant. That literally doubles my filter costs. I’m still using the machine, but honestly, I wouldn’t recommend it.

Cons: Slow pour, Filters need replacing too often

March 2021, received the new counter top unit that provided 16OZ. Unit has leaked from day 1. Replaced o-rings on the new filter, watched the video and read the instructions numerous times....still leaks. The unit is very loud so don't get up in the middle of the night to get a glass - it will wake the entire family. Customer service knows of this condition so offered to send another entire unit...The customer service was fantastic - I just wish the unit was designed around the quality of the dispenser.

I was really excited about the countertop Aquasana filter. I was hoping to replace our Britta filter pitcher. While the water tastes better, it’s a noisy machine. I can’t use it at night as it wakes up the entire house. Also, there’s a delay between the dispense button and when the water actually stops dispensing.

the filtration is better than other water machines. my only concern is that the machine leaks when is being used. I contacted the company via email trying to find a solution but the company never got back to me. if the machine does not leak it would have been an excellent machine. the water quality after being filtered is really good. I used it for now untill the machine no longer works. but I will not get a new one.
