I enjoyed using the water dispenser, but only for a few days. The noise that the pump makes to get water was too loud for me. I returned the product. But if you can bear the noise, then it is a pretty decent looking product.

I like how well this filters cleans the water, but it's been leaking from the bottom of the base since day 1 and I have following all the directions to prevent this so, that's pretty annoying. Using a lot of towels to keep the counter dry.

Great filtration; but leaky

Great taste and filtration. Water tastes much better. But would be even better if you could filter out trace arsenic too along with the huge long list of other contaminants. This is 2nd product I bought. The clean water machine is terrific.

Cons: Not durable

This is my second machine purchase. The first one developed a crack in the filter compartment and began to leak. I couldn't find the leak until I had to change the filter. I've had this machine for about 3 years. Hopefully this one is better and will last. Setup was easy and water filtration is fast. It is a bit noisy when filtering but overall a good product.

Cons: Not durable

Like many other reviews it leaks. It leaked the first week of use. It leaks from the bottom of the unit towards the back and also from the top where the filter goes in.
Based on all these reviews and people calling into support this can't be an unknown issue. How do you knowingly sell a product with design flaws.
