The installation was very easy. You can definitely taste the difference between tap water and the filtered water. We are enjoying having this pitcher and it is easy to use. I would say the only negative is that when you are getting water from it, so it's on, it is very loud. This is not something you use in the middle of the night and can potentially wake other people up. Other than the loud noise I do recommend!

The only reason this is not getting 5 stars is because of the noise it makes when dispensing water. The water tastes great, the slim design makes it easy to have it on the counter without taking up too much space, and it is easy to refill.

I love having good clean drinking water without accumulating plastic bottles. Bad thing was it leaked terribly. My husband investigated and discovered tiny plastic o rings on filter were not fitted. Stretched out and did not make a deal. He purchased 2 new ones and positioned them on filter top and now works great. There also was no paperwork included with product when box was opened.

The water taste great I bought one about a year ago and bought another one for my son. Funny now the one I bought for me is leaking. Very annoying to pay this much and have this problem. But I see a lot of people have had this problem. What is the fix for this. Sadly I will be sending the other one back if this what I have to look forward to. Please advise. I’m cleaning up water everyday.

I like how the water taste and it was easy enough to use but my unit did not last very long. It runs and will not turn off.
