The unit is great, the water tastes sweet and much different than usual (even with the gravity filter). I fill it through the top port with a pitcher, so I don't have to remove the pitcher from the base(to prevent any attachment problems). The one drawback is the pump is very loud. Initially I though it was just me, but a second pitcher purchased by a friend is similarly loud. Still, very good product.
Pros: No odor, Clean taste, Easy to install

We are unable to use the unit because it was poorly packaged with no Fragile labels. It leaked considerably as of its first filling. Your phone rep was polite, patient and professional so we are looking forward to receiving a replacement unit in early 2021.

I am enjoying this water filter. My main problem with it, was when I was setting it up, it continued to leak. I literally did nothing different and it eventually stopped after repetitive attempts.I had atleast 600 ml of water to clean up. I don’t know what caused it, and I followed every instructions to the T. Otherwise, good filter

The device works well to improve water. Takes chlorine taste away. It does have, however, a problem with water leakage under the machine which requires regular mop up with a towel. Return of the device is cumbersome.

The positive, the water quality is noticeably great. It tastes like the water on the high price water filter machines in my gym. Noise, it is as loud as I expected because it comes with it's own pressure pump. People who complain about it is loud do not appreciate the difficulty of producing a higher quality output. Also I like to fill gallon jugs so I am not turning it on all the time - hence I control when I am concerned with the noise. The 4 stars is because the design should be more stable and it will leak or water will get spilled - but we are talking minor amounts. It should be made in a way that moving and adjusting does not cause these things. If you have it on a thin towel you will be fine during those moments. I am actually going to buy a second one for my RV.

Installation and set up was easy but the first two complete pitchers had a very funny taste to them. Third pitcher did not have this taste. Downside is that I purchased to remove the ‘briny’ taste from my water and it does not.

Set up was confusing. No return call. Slight aftertaste. Pumps water out fast,that’s good. Booklet number1 and 2 seemed to be out of order.
