Taste of water is wonderful but the machine we received was defective. It started leaking on the top back side and it gave us a purple light which means “malfunction” in the 2 weeks we had it. We called for assistance and we were not able to fix the machine, however, they sent a new one and so far it’s working. We had it for 3 days now.
Pros: No odor, Clean taste, Easy to install
Cons: Not durable
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I have had this for a few months now. I have well water, so must filer it. This works so much better than any other filter I have tried. It is easy to set uo, simple filer changes, and the water tastes great.
Pros: Clean taste, Good Water Flow, Easy to install

We LOVE our Aquasana Clean Water Machine. It's easy, and the water is wonderful! We use the daylights out of it. The filter lasts longer than most. We process a LOT of water with our filter. Plus, the Company is sooo Customer Friendly!!!!!!!! The Best!
Pros: Easy to clean, No odor, Clean taste, Long lasting filter, Good Water Flow, Durable, Nice faucet, Easy to install

It took me a long time to purchase the counter dispenser. I purchased a whole house system for my daughter in 2015 and I have been using bottled water. Now that I have this system I no longer use bottled water

Good , but not reliable long term

I must say that the system does remove a lot of contamination from the water. My water must be of low quality because I have replaced the filter sooner than 6 months. However the system has also failed twice. I contacted the company and received a replacement. The new system did not even last 1 month. Now again the system has failed. I don’t have any interest in getting another one because I don’t want to keep calling for another one.
Pros: Clean taste, Good Water Flow
Cons: Filters need replacing too often, Not durable

The Aquasana arrived in great time. It's a nice looking product and was very easy to get it going. It does take the chlorine smell from our township water supply. However, the water does not taste fresh to me. I can't drink the water and it makes a terrible cup of tea.

Excellent Machine

I really like this system. It is so much faster than my slow drip gravity pitcher. The quality of the water is very good. I refuse to buy and haul in bottled water. The money that adds up to buying bottled water can be used to buy one these systems and you will still have a substantial savings for the year.
