Love the taste of the water

Overall I'm very happy with my purchase. I have not had any problems with leaking as some of the other reviews have. I put water into a pitcher and into the fridge so I have cold water for drinking and room temp water for cooking. It works out perfectly. Aquasana is far better that Brita or other water purifiers. The only reason I didn't give this 5 stars is that it's very noisy when you want water. Also I purchased a 2nd water dispenser (not the whole machine) thinking I could keep this in my fridge for easy use. I didn't realize that it filters the water as it comes out so now I have 2. Not the end of the world I guess. I would recommend this machine to anyone who wants better tasting water without paying a lot more money for a counter top reverse osmosis machine.

Love my new water filtration device. It is easy to use and clean. Water is great.

Leaks badly

We used to have an undersink system that was great. Not possible in our new place. This machine does a nice, quick job BUT it leaks TERRIBLY. I dry everything up at night and by the time I get up in the morning there’s another mess. Such a shame.

I am pleased. The water tastes good and I know is clean based on all I've been told and read. It is very noisy when it dispenses water (my neighbors can probably here it in my apt. building). Also just wanted to add that I had had issues with the option that connects directly to the sink leaking and after months of trying to get help and this resolved, Karima was extremely helpful in getting me set up with this option. Thank you, Karima!!

Unit leaks

I bought the countertop dispenser a week ago. Right away, I noticed a puddle at the bottom of the unit. At first, I thought the water came from the valve at the bottom. I made extra sure to click the tank into place properly, dried everything around the unit. Now I find it sitting in a puddle again. Holding it up, I realized that it is the unit itself that's leaking. Since it always needs to be plugged in, I consider it a hazard. It's going straight in the garbage.
Pros: Clean taste
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This filter makes my brown tap water crystal clear and removes the odor but as staple in my kitchen it had three downsides: 1. Unbelievable loud. It’s like hooking the garbage disposal up to the surround sound. 2. The plastic is very cheap. For the price, I expected sturdier material. I’m worried that this produce will crack or break from regular use. 3. The water will continue to run several seconds after you release the button leading to continual puddles because someone always forgets.

Cons: Not durable

Installation was simple and easy. Water quality is very good. Was surprised when filter change due light came on after 60 gallons instead of after 320 gallons as shown in operating specs.
