Great product with excellent customer service!

I use the Aquasana Clean Water Machine multiple times a day for drinking (I fill up my empty plastic bottles to go...) cooking and for pets. I know that it is clean and it the taste is great. I actually keep an extra filter on hand because I don't ever want to be without it!
The only negative is that the water container is difficult to clean and it becomes cloudy over time. Would love to be able to replace it, if only for cosmetic reasons, but it appears that the only way to do that is to get a new system.
Pros: Clean taste, Easy to install

I am on my second machine with dispenser. It has the same problems as the previous and the only "solution" was to be sent another. Pink light randomly lit up not covered by manual. I know how to troubleshoot the leaking (O ring and dispenser contact to machine) but now this one is leaking from the bottom of the actual machine. After every button depress water just starts pooling under the machine. There's so much I completely soaked a kitchen towel I put underneath for the leaking. Maybe this isn't the right place, but my water for life autoship was later than needed and now I have to supplement from the store because the filter light is already red two weeks before next filter shipment. Already called about it but this situation should not be happening. Sorely disappointed.
Pros: Clean taste, Easy to install
Cons: Filters need replacing too often, Not durable

Product make noise to have filtered water.

This unit make noise, which is not pleasure environment in the home.

Overall impression of the clean water machine

The setup was super easy! I don't like the taste of the water, my brita filter tastes fresher and cleaner.
Pros: No odor, Good Water Flow, Durable, Easy to install

Over the counter filter system

I like that it is compact enough to fit on top of my counter. The only thing I'm not too content is the noise it makes when you dispense water from it. Water comes out tasting great.
Pros: No odor, Clean taste, Long lasting filter

Other than the Bluetooth to monitor the usage, installation was super easy. Bluetooth connection was not successful. Water tastes good and the system is easy to use.
Pros: Clean taste, Easy to install

Ease of instillation, easy to use, clean pure tasting water. Save money less trips to the store for bottled water.
