Tastes good but leaks HORRIBLY

We love having great tasting filtered water...but this is our second countertop water filter from aquasana and they leak horribly. Our first machine dispenser only dripped a little bit from underneath the dispenser (not the spout) after water was poured. Aquasana addressed the problem with us and sent a new machine free of charge to fix the problem. They have great customer service. But our new machine dispenser continuously is dumping water onto the counter from under the entire machine (a different location). We wake up in the morning and almost the whole dispenser is emptied onto the counters and floors. We are completely drenching 2 large absorbent dish towels a day - rotating towels to mop up the constant mess. It is making for a ton of laundry! We have tried many obvious things to fix this - nothing seems to work.
Pros: No odor, Clean taste, Good Water Flow, Easy to install
Cons: Not durable

Terrible

One star for filtering water quickly. The water tastes okay.
This machine has major issues. It leaks out of the bottom of the back, the part where the filter sits, and loses so much water that we have to change out a super-absorbent dish drying mat literally every-other-day. The filter is supposed to last six months, but the light went from blue to red (change filter signal) in less than two months. To top it off, once the light goes red, you can't filter any water *at all* until you change the filter. Good luck if you're on your way out of the house in a hurry.
Two minor issues -- the machine is quite loud, about as loud as a handheld vacuum, so you can't converse while it's running in the same room. Also, be prepared to wait: the unit took more than a month to arrive at my house.

Leaky, wasteful mess

After less than 6 months, my filter is dead. It has leaked the entire time I've had it. I have tried pushing down on the top, but it's not leaking from there. It's leaking from the BOTTOM REAR of the unit. There is not water spilling from where the pitches connects, or the top of the filter housing. It has always leaked from the bottom, no matter what. It sits on a regular kitchen towel that get swapped out every day because it's always soaked by the end of the day. The more we use it, the more water leaks. We just replaced the filter, reset it, and now it's a red light no matter what we do. And of course, still leaking.
Pros: Clean taste, Nice faucet
Cons: Not durable
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Leaks terribly

Cons…We’ve had 2 units now, and both have leaked horribly, they are very loud when they run, and pitchers are not easy to clean.
Pro…water tastes good, product is easy enough to use
We are spending the extra $ and getting a R/O system.
Pros: Clean taste, Easy to install
Cons: Filters need replacing too often, Not durable

Convenient, Great Features & Quality Taste

I purchased this item at Costco about 4 months ago. Great decision, cuts back or eliminates the use of plastic or bottle use. Saves space and the worry of running out of water. Household loves it as well as my guest.
Pros: Easy to clean, Clean taste, Long lasting filter, Durable, Easy to install

We love our machine...but have gotten use to the sound. The water tastes so much better!! I was a bit disappointed when the filter didn't last anywhere near 320 gallons but that's because filter was putting in overtime!
Pros: Easy to clean, Clean taste, Good Water Flow, Easy to install

I’m really amazed about this product water taste delicious and it’s very simple to operate I try the dispenser I think it’s a better option because hold up to 1 gallon of water it’s a must and well worth the money you spent you will end up saving no more plastic bottles and the best it’s easy to fill so if you are thinking to get one definitely great option
