I bought this after learning from the ewg.org website that my water might be much worst then I had thought. Unlike my other pitcher system, this system claims to take out many more chemicals and toxins. I find it very easy to use.

I have never been disappointed in the water quality of any of Aquasana products, and I've had the shower heads, the sink filtration system and now the counter dispenser. However, it is SUPER noisy and drowns out the TV in the adjacent Fam. Rm and is not super sturdy, wish it was made a bit sturdier. I purchased another for my dad because he seems to drink more water when he visits because he loves the taste of the water.
Pros: Easy to clean, Clean taste, Easy to install
Cons: Filters need replacing too often, Not durable

Only reservation is the noise it makes when filtering. It is rather loud and last 15-30 approx (have not timed it). Otherwise, i would recommend this product, we love ours.

Though I also purchased the AQUASANA undercounter system not yet installed as this Water Machine works perfect... only issue is that I won't be able to wait till auto-filter delivery will go into effect as my filter usage is 30% and still till the official replacement I have 1 more month to go... so I will order a set ahead of time.... the machine works fine and I am happy I ordered both: dispenser and pitcher... using both containers. The only issue might be that the pump is kind of too loud... would not mind paying extra 20-30$ for more silent option... but that's already another story. Thank You. Love things Made in USA.

I purchased this for myself over a year ago and this one I bought for my mother, who absolutely loves it. The water tastes great and it is so convenient. We purchased the glass bottles and silicone sleeves so we are no longer wasting plastic bottles. Only one con, the plastic has a small crack so I hope I can find a replacement.

I was hesitant to purchase this filter after reading some reviews stating it was leaking. We are in between the houses this year and renting, hence need portable filters. We started using Aquasana shower head filters, but eventually got this countertop one, and it filters chlorine much better, overall water taste is very pleasant. I wish I should have gotten it sooner. Yes, it’s leaking, but it’s very efficient (fast) and effective compared to Brita filter that we’ve had in the past. I would recommend it.
