Website does not really show how it works. A video would be helpful with total usage. I ordered one not really knowing if it was what I wanted or how it worked. I would have returned it if I was not happy. I have the counter top model. I find it to be very noisy when in use. I do like it. Jane

I have it right on top of the counter. It is convenient, nice looking, and has caused the entire family to drink more pure clean water. We love it. We also use the Aquasauna pitcher with the counter top filtration system....we put the pitcher in the fridge for those that want cold water. Me, I like room temp, so this is perfect. We use it for drinking, cooking, the coffee maker, even the spoiled dog's bowl is "Aquasaunaed" (of course!). We love it. Thank you.
