It sits on the counter so it's kind of big. but I live in an apartment and can't get the under sink one. I like the pitcher size. You don't have fill it as much as a brita pitcher. The water is crystal clear. But the thing that made me return it was how loud it is when it's filtering the water. It's only like 30 seconds and I tried to get used to it but I just couldn't. if they could make the pump quieter it would be a great filtration system.

I know have two pitchers. It is difficult to release the pitcher from the unit causing constant spills. A release button would be helpful. Also it would be great if it removed Flouride. Otherwise - Love it!

I've had this filter for 3 months and here's what I found. Pros - Great taste, filters quickly, removes much more than drip filters, sleek look, easy to use and clean, solid plastic (lightweight). Cons - It's loud for the 30-45 seconds it takes to filter through the water, and it can come on for a few seconds seemingly randomly, to finish pulling all the water through the filter. Easy to overlook this as there are so many positives and nothing else like it on the market!

I've only had the powered dispenser for one month so it's too early to give a honest review of the product. That being said, I can say that so far so good. I read all the reviews (bad and good) other owners gave before I purchased unit and must say some of the complaints were just plain trifling!! example: Water leaks from spout after filtering process (It's only water folks. Wipe it up) and Too loud (It's powered by a motor, what did you expect?) What perfect world were you all raised on! After I've had the unit for five more months I'll write another review. Oh, and water taste GREAT!
