I really like this because now I drink so much more water. Really, the only negative thing I can say at this point (I have only had the system about a month) is that the dispenser model is very loud. They should really improve that.

I bought the dispenser after reading various reviews and am happy with it. I researched water filters after a letter came telling us our water had higher levels of THM's than allowed for a period of time. We use our old Britta pitcher (w/o filter)fill it from the dispenser for the fridge. Rather than removing the dispenser from the dock we fill the with a pitcher. Has also saved us from buying water at the store.

Noisy, not the easiest to fill, but good water

The water is good. Let's start there. But there are some drawbacks: the filtering process is noisy; the location of the intake hole argues with my faucet placement, making it difficult to fill; and when I put a full water contaner back on the dock, water often leaks. (Not good during a drought.) This is not an ideal filter, but it's the best counter-top model I could find. The only way I know of to do better is to do surgery on my faucet, and as a renter, that's not likely going ot happen.

we use for our daily drinking water and water for cooking. It removes the chlorine smell from out water supply. Takes up minimal counter space and easily refillable. So far no negative comments it dispenses at a good rate which was an issue with our under sink filter.

It was hard to get the tank seated so it didn't leak, finally did accomplish it, but I try not to move the tank for fear it will start leaking again
