Must keep pressing dispenser button while filling and it is very noisy. I don't use it late at Night. The filtered water is very good and worth the minor inconveniences.

I was looking for a good water filter but couldnt install anything permanent, and didnt want to have to wait for a drip filter, so this was the perfect product. It looks great in our kitchen, has a cool blue light when you pour water. My only complaints are that it leaks sometimes, both when you place the container ( if it's slightly off the center it will leak a lot, you have to get good at aiming it perfectly) and sometime from the side. Also, it's a bit loud, but it does need to suck in the water somehow.... Also im concerned that the entire system is not BPA free. Need to check on this.

This was my second purchase. The first one I gave to my Dad for Christmas and was very satisfied. The second had a crack in the canister that holds water. It doesn't leak, but looks bad and I'm sure it will leak in the future.

sits on my counter, easy to use. It is noisy, but if I have people over I can always keep a filled pitcher out/in the fridge. Read lots of comments about too much leakage, but have not had an issue as long as im removing an empty dispenser and not over filling it when i put it back.

Overall, I'm extremely pleased with the water quality after filtration. It tastes great and you can tell the ph is neutralized. I'm a bit disappointed with the unit as it's quite loud when filtering the water. It also seems quite flimsy and will sometimes leak from the bottom. My family primarily uses the water to drink and cook with.
