I LOVE the concept of the filter and think the filter quality is GREAT. Unfortunately after one week, it would no longer power up and just stopped working. I'm not very handy, so I just had to throw it away. I tried unplugging it. Draining the water out of it. Plugging it into a different outlet, let it sit over night and it just no longer worked. I was very bummed and disappointed. When it did work, I LOVED it! Not worth the money.

Only had it a couple of weeks. Been using it every day for making coffee. Dramatic difference in taste (for the better). Others have mentioned the noise coming from the pump, I don't mind it. Personal thing I suppose. After a couple of weeks everything is still working fine. Way to early to be in a position of being able to recommend or not recommend this product.

I purchased this system with the pitcher for my daughter's apartment where the water had a bad taste. She says that it tastes great now! The only reason I gave it four stars instead of five is that sometimes it leaks. But I haven't been able to find anything else on the market like it and feel good about her now drinking good tasting, healthy water!

Hi, We purchased this water filter because we had an under sink reverse osmosis system for a while but the filter replacements became to expensive. According to our former salesman this was the best filter system to clean drinking water in addition to filtering out minerals. We like the idea that the minerals remain in your product and more water impurities are filtered out verses the average store bought over the counter method but I am sure it is not as efficient as a reverse osmosis unit. Having said that we thought we would try it because it meets our standards and our budget.

I have been an Aquasana customer for years. Had an under the sink kitchen filter & shower filter. Water tasted great & the shower filter made my hair & skin feel wonderful.I was living in NY. I moved to Fl a few months ago. Even with the refrigerator & Brita filters, the water was vile. My hair felt like straw after a shower. I called Aquasana & ordered a shower filter & a kitchen counter water filter. (did not have the option for an under the sink unit.) I am so happy with my water quality again. How they can make the water in Fl taste great is beyond me. They are a super Co. I so highly recommend them.
