I am very happy with the counter top, motorized filter system. I've had my filter system for about 2 months now. It is quality and is fun to watch when it is running. The blue light is really cool, especially at night. Some reviews say that it is too loud. This is so not true. I run the filter 2-3 times a day. For me, no need for me to refrigerate left overs because we use it so much. I wipe some minimal spots of water off the base with each use. I wouldn't have to, but I'm a clean freak. The whole system is built so beautifully. It's always sparkly. I haven't had to clean it at all. This is the best counter top filter out there, in my opinion, after hours/days of looking that everything out there.
Pros: No odor, Clean taste, Good Water Flow, Durable, Nice faucet, Easy to install
I would recommend this to a friend!

This is my second Aquasana Clean Water Machine. Roommate had one before I moved. Now I have one of my own!
Pros: Easy to clean, No odor, Clean taste, Long lasting filter
I would recommend this to a friend!

The water is great. The pump is a bit loud. However, the unit is not worth paying for. The unit leaks from the bottom. I don't move the tank, and it's dry under the tank, so that is not the problem. However, every time I use the filter, water leaks from the bottom of the unit. It's so bad that I have resorted to changing out a towel daily underneath the unit.
Pros: Clean taste, Easy to install
Cons: Not durable
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The filter is top notch for removing PFAS as their testing shows which is the reason it was purchased. I have used it for a year consecutively and it now doesn't work. The past two weeks it started to get louder when filtering, which if you have one you know is already a loud operation. Water started to intermittently leak out of the filter housing for at least the last month but it wasn't a huge issue with a towel under it plus it would take some of the vibration from filtering water. This weekend the led indicator turned to a pink color and will not reset or operate at all. I have tried to use the online support through their website which was unresponsive.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Leaks after two days

Only after two days of use it's leaking from the bottom where the pump is located. It really doesn't matter how effective the filtration is when it leaks. This company knows about this problem but they knowingly sell a poor product, shame on them.
Cons: Not durable

I is noisy and badly leak under the machine, drained out all of dispenser over the night through my counter. Support sent me the replacement for the dispenser but it is not the root cause, the root cause is at bottom of machine leak

Main concerns: No chlorine, flouride, MTBEs, or pharmaceuticals in my water.
First, you cannot get this quality of water with any other filter system, I know of, except the Berkey systems (own one - high maintenance). This one is low maintenance. Tried at home first, but bought for work and using at work. Not using dispenser, but nice to have and did try. The pump makes getting a glass of water from the dispenser irritating because the noise level seems to disturb others. I really like the pitcher. The pump runs but for a limited time and you get about 10 cups of water per pitcher. It does have water residual if you take the pitcher off right away, just use a paper towel. When I leave the pitcher in place for 10 minutes or more it remains dry after removing the pitcher. If I could suggest a quality improvement it would be to somehow make the pitcher sealed after removing from the machine. I would buy this product again. I also use the Aquasana water bottles to store back-up water. Prior to getting a whole house filter, I used the undersink model for years. Aquasana is some of the best tasting water I have had.

Hello, the container leaks water all over the counter. I set everything up but haven't been using it because each time I fill it and start pressing the button for the filtered water it starts leaking from the bottom.
