The best tasting water i have ever had and it's easy to use

Leaks out the bottom

I have had this for a little over a yr. the water filter machine is constantly leaking from the bottom all over my counter . For the price this shouldn't happen
Pros: Clean taste, Long lasting filter, Easy to install
Cons: Not durable
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

great way to filter tap water

Purchased six month ago and happy with it. It is little loud when filtering water, but thats the trade off for quick filtered water instead of those cheaper slow pitcher type water filtration units. No issues with any leaking , as a few other have claimed. Noticed that if you don't properly attach pitcher to unit , it will leak a little. Great tasting water. No after-taste. No odors. Great buy. Was a waste in past years to have those slow pitcher units before switching to Aquasana. Will definitely be a repeat customer.

Loud and not too elegant but great function/value

I really like how simple it is to use it, and I like how much better my water tastes. It offers a great value and I recommend this to anyone who's looking for an affordable yet high-quality countertop water filtration system. However, do note that it's shaky & loud when dispensing, and it will drip for 2 or 3 more seconds after you let go the button. So it isn't for people who want an elegant, fancy one. For those people, I highly recommend you to see if Woongjin Coway service is available in your state.
Pros: Clean taste, Easy to install
Cons: Not durable

Easy to assemble, replace filter , to have clean tasty water! Save money... I got mine on a channel thinking it might last a while... But here I am years later, with the same ones and fantastic water. Best purchase I have ever made for my home and family and kitchen appliances...

Best ever filter. Save family from toxic water

I am enjoying and love this gift from my daughter. I was going to buy it but she finally had to reveal this was my xmas huge. Everything was going along beautifully but my cleaning crew must have tried to move it. It would not work that afternoon and boy was I mad.
Yes, this is a sensitive tool. Yes don’t handle it roughly. All was not lost. I found the “RESET “ button under the filter lid.

Flavorless water! YAY

I like the water that comes out but the unit itself is a bit louder than I thought it would be. It was easy to set up and takes up a small amount of counter space. I am overall pleased with this product!!
