Leaks

Love the concept, water tastes great. It leaks...Sad, as we love this! This is our 2nd one and it also leaks. Aquasana has a good thing here, just needs a little more tweaking to stop the leaks

you know when to replace the filter because it leaks all over the counter even before it tells you to replace the filter by the light changing to red.
Pros: Clean taste
Cons: Not durable

Worked for a While then Started to Leak

This water filter was great while it worked but after 8 months it started leaking water so I had to keep a towel under it eventually after a year and a few months it just stopped working completely.
Pros: Clean taste, Easy to install
Cons: Not durable

Begins leaking around 6 months... only gets worse

All was good in the beginning. Love that it claims to filter out so many bad things. It's totally unusable after 12-14 months. Leaks while dispensing water (more comes out the bottom of machine than the spout. It also turns itself on randomly dispensing water all over. If you're ok buying a new machine every year & the PUR faucet filters cannot fit your sink then this is a good idea.

Good machine, poor quality plastic

During this 21. year replaced 2 machines,, reason.. poor quality plastic the top cover under pressure cracks the plastic that holds the lid. Thanks to Water for Life these replacements were free of charge. The last one, #3 begins showing some cracks in the plastic and water starts to leak, Hopefully, as I was told, they are working on a new design, more expensive, but more reliable. Waiting for it to arrive! It's a great idea this machine...

Cons: Not durable

Like the how easy to use but constantly leaks.

Have 2 units and the unit that has a water dispenser constantly leaks from base.

Step 1: Ensure that dispenser or pitcher is inserted squarely on top of the circular valve to avoid depressing the valve plunger that releases water.
Step 2: Small amounts of water on the base will not disrupt the filter system.

disappointing in the results

I was excited to get the on the counter pitcher. Hoping to take the water this made to our testing lab before purchasing a full house filter system. I was disappointed when I got a call from the lab that my water failed and it was a health risk.
Showed chloroform even after using this system.

Although I loved the product when I received it, I am very disapointed after time, along with having a safety concern
