Don't get the dispenser--it work once or twice

The clean water machine we purchased with the pitcher works beautifully for my kitchen. However, when we purchased a second clean water machine with the dispenser for my office, it worked once or twice then just stopped working. Very disappointed. We tried everything from unplugging and plugging--very, very disappointed.
Pros: No odor, Clean taste, Good Water Flow, Easy to install
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love the efficiency of this products but the leaki

This product does everything the company says it will do. I swear by it. My only issue is it leaks. I don’t know why or how to fix it. I will buy another one as I’ve had mine for approximately 5 years and would like to get more use out of it.
Pros: Easy to clean, No odor, Clean taste, Long lasting filter, Good Water Flow, Easy to install

Love this machine!

I love this clean water machine. The water tastes great and I have confidence that toxic impurities have been filtered out. I use it several times a day for drinking, pet water, and cooking. It's easy to use with maintenance only occurring once every 6 months to change the filter. Easy to do. I have had no problems at all with leaking. I bought a black one in 2016 and am now buying a white one! Can't wait to receive it.
Pros: Easy to clean, No odor, Clean taste, Long lasting filter, Durable, Easy to install

Terrible, hands down

I just received my replacement system; the first quit working after 9 months. The second system simply pumps water out the bottom of the system and not into the pitcher.
I've been very happy with the shower filter and under-counter drinking filter that I have had, but this pitcher system is terrible.
Cons: Not durable
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Best pitcher on the market!

I did a lot of research before purchasing this power filtered pitcher and it paid off. Great tasting water, fast filtration, and easy to change filters! It makes coffee taste sooo much better! I also use it for cooking, hand washing delicates and of course my fur baby. Love everything about it! I also can't live without the shower filter either.
Pros: Easy to clean, No odor, Clean taste, Durable, Easy to install
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great while it lasted but broke after 3 months

This product was great while it lasted. Not too noisy, my toddler loved the blue light, and the water tasted great. I didn't get around to unpacking the machine for about a month after we purchased it so the warranty was unfortunately up by the time it broke: after about three months, I had to exchange the filter and the light never went back to blue but remained purple. In other words, the machine stopped functioning. Not a great value.
Pros: Clean taste, Good Water Flow, Easy to install
Cons: Filters need replacing too often, Not durable
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Terrible long term performance

We have ordered this twice and it has failed on us in a year.
It just stops working.

My Parents Swear By It

Bought this as a gift for my parents who complained about the taste of their tap water. We purchased an Aquasana under-counter system five years ago that has been working great for us, so we returned here to see if we could solve their problem. My parents didn't want anything built into their sink and they didn't want an unsightly faucet attachment, so we decided to try this as a Christmas gift. They absolutely love it and use it daily. Five months in now with no issues.
Pros: Clean taste, Easy to install
