My original Aquasana was defective and leaked. I contacted customer service and they immediately shipped a new machine to me. While it is not identical to the original Aquasana I purchased, it works great. I am a cancer patient and have to drink a great deal of water every day, and I love that the water I drink is free from contaniments.

Purchased this for my son's college dorm room which has minimal space and no sink; it's perfect for that, easily filled by the water fountain and big enough to last him the day. It's a bit loud which is why I gave it a 4 rating but setting it on a towel helps reduce the noise. Love knowing he has healthy water in his room.

I have to admit I hesitated. I did A LOT of research on water purifier machines. I decided to go with this and figured if I didn't like it I could return it. Well I love it. Some reviews said oh it leaks. It does not. There were other criticisms and same thing, I don't share those concerns. This machine is great and exactly what I was looking for. I recommend the 6 glass water bottles , I fill them and keep them in the fridge. It has already saved me time and money, I can't carry those giant cases of water anymore and this is definitely saving some money this way. I also ordered water for life so I'll get the filters automatically.
