I can't say enough about the quality of the water and the ease of using this wonderful product. The water taste clean, never knew water could taste this good. I do feel confident that I'm drinking clean water and I enjoy seeing how the water is filtered into the carafe.

Yummy water, leaky and noisy machine

The water tastes good, but the machine leaks while in use - we have to keep a tray under it. Also really loud! But since our landlord won’t let us have a sink model, we’ll have to use this.
Pros: Clean taste, Good Water Flow, Easy to install

Two year shelf life

PRO: Beautifully clean, tasteless drinking water
CONS: The Unit takes up a bit of counter real estate, it’s LOUD (like wake-up your family in the early morning/late night LOUD), the replacement filters are somewhat pricey, and it only lasted about two years with everyday use (it just went dead...the motor to the pump must have failed?). I guess nothing lasts forever.
I’m going to look at other options. Not sure I want to plunk down another c-note for what I affectionately called my little motor boat (what it sound like).

Great water filter machine, except for the leaking

This is a great water filter machine. It is stylish, attractive, and fits nicely on the countertop. It is easy to fill and filters the water fast. It is loud as other reviews will be affirm; however, it filters the water so quickly you don't really have to have it on very long.
The problem was the leakage that started within a couple of weeks of usage, had to have towels underneath to soak up considerable amount of water.
I'm very happy to report that I have found a solution to stop the leaking problem. After you properly install the filter and screw the top cover on tightly, with no gap, you tape the cover down well (I used clear packing tape) so it doesn't pop up, which is the reason why it leaks. Try it and see if it works for you too.

Worked for a while

Bought this a while back (year or two ago). It's noisy and leaks but it worked. A week ago it just stopped working. Nothing obvious to me why, it just did. Not sure but I believe the price when I bought it was less than what I see today. At a cheaper price I suppose buying a new one would be an option. But, at the current listed price, not buying one again.

Cons: Not durable

Ridculously loud, taste basic, video doesnt say ..

The unit is very loud almost to the point that it’s distracting, it doesnt taste cleaner and the video doesn’t tell you to keep the water in the middle I had a little water on the side and it flooded the whole place

Great product but has flaws.

I love my water filter, it drastically improves the taste of my water and is easy to use. However it leaks almost every single time I use it. I've tried resting it differently, letting it sit on the dock and 80% of the time it leaks all over my counter.
Pros: Easy to clean, Clean taste, Easy to install
