We did not realize how great water could be. It is the easiest way for someone in an apartment to get purified water and after going through 3 gallons a day, it is the most economical. Love the product, would highly recommend for those who buy bottled water.

Love this machine, no maintenance other than to change filter which is very easy to do, used to buy bottled water to drink, but after drinking the water filtered through the Aquasana there is a huge taste difference, won't ever part with my Aquasana!

Overall water filter performance is great. Water is crystal clear and no odor. After boiling the water, no residue is found. The downside is the machine is too loud and you need to use a container to get water refill through the hole on top of the machine. It sounds like a blender when it operates. I hope the noise can be reduced in the future model. And some kind of handle should be provided for holding the container to refill the water.

Cons: Slow pour

This system did not have any effect on my water

I should have tested my well water prior to purchasing this system. Turns out that the tests for the water out of the tap were fine and there was no change in the results after filtering through this system. Test your water first. You may not need this system. Also I didn't need to change the filter but the red light is programmed to light not based on usage but on 90 days. Beware you may not need to change it as frequently as they make it appear.
Cons: Filters need replacing too often

I'm using the Water Dispenser at my skin care studio. It's easy to use, clients love it. Easy for me to fill and keep clean. The taste of the water is great and the "noise" some reviews have complained about isn't very bothersome at all.
