Good until it leaks!

It leaks heavily from the bottom of the unit and the pump is working only in short bursts(maybe due to chronical water damage). .. whats worse is the hardwood floor in our kitchen is water damaged, before we realized what's the problem....
Cons: Not durable

I purchased the water filtration Clean Aater Machine Dispencer and not the Pitcher type. I refill it without removing the container from the unit, just removing the top. Why? Because Any product the has a seal will eventually wear out especially removing and replacing. I do remove it and clean the entire plastic with vinegar once every two weeks. The water is great! I have Aquasana products in three homes. My friends have also purchased many products from them. Nobody has a negative opinion of any of their products.
Pros: Easy to clean, No odor, Clean taste, Long lasting filter, Good Water Flow, Durable, Nice faucet, Easy to install

Not sure why water keeps leaking from the bottom I have tried to adjust o ring but doesn't seem to fix.
Honestly I don't have time to send it back during this covid-19 times so we'll have to keep mopping it
Ths sound is loud so we fill water bottles and keep it.
Otherwise I like the filter, as their is no proper competition for countertops pressurized water filter which doesn't require plumbing.

Our water in Florida is so full of chlorine and salt. It’s terrible tasting, so I was buying bottled water and feeling so guilty for being responsible for putting so much plastic into our recycle bin. Tried this countertop purifier and while it’s a bit noisy when it’s on, it does the job. Our water tastes SO much better. We fill glass quart bottles with the purified water, stick them in the fridge and now enjoy icy cold pure water whenever we want.
Additionally, gotta say I also bought the shower water filter because my skin has not been happy with so much chlorine! It makes a world of difference. No more dry itchy skin!

Issue with Leaks, Overall not impressed

In theory, this product is the perfect countertop solution. However, my unit leaked every time water was filtered. It was not a small leak and it leaked all over my table, table cloth, etc. And since the leak came out the back of the unit, I was not aware of the leak for days. Customer service was great! They sent me a new unit, and it came 7-10 days later. But this unit leaked AGAIN. After reading other reviews, I saw that leaks are a common problem and rather than try again, I asked for a full refund, which was granted. Based on my issues, I would not recommend this product.
