Had the toaster roughly 6 weeks now and have not had any issues. Every time I use it whether it be for toast, an English muffin, or a pop tart it turns out great. Now granted the first week I was experimenting with the various temp settings and the selector for different products but now I can put something in the toaster and feel confident it will be just what I wanted.

We have had a lot of toasters over the years but this is the best. The toaster looks great with great easy to use controls. It has options for type of item to be toasted and toasts everything from bangles to strudels - just right. I would purchase this toaster again and it is truly fantastic.

We bought this unit both to get wider slots and 4 (vs 2) slots. We've been pleased with the evenness of its toasting and appreciate that it has specific settings for both bagels & English muffins in addition to regular toast.
