I bought this because someone else posted it was easy for seniors to use. That’s a selling point for me. The toaster browns evenly. The toast is hot. Settings are easy to figure out and use. The only beef I have about this toaster is that it is not a ‘cool touch.’ Otherwise, everything works well and is easy to figure out.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Flimsy and inaccurate toasting degrees. The many choices of types of toast are overkill. And you can’t hear the toast pop up. Our other one lasted at least 10 years. This one doesn’t seem to be sturdy enough for that long a life. Really disappointed after our last cousin set 4 slice toaster

I bought this to replace another Cuisinart toaster which we did not like. This one doesn't have all the features of the last one but toasts better - more even color. Takes a little longer, but in general we are pleased so far.
