I like the toaster, but find that all of the coils do not operate as they should. This seems to be true of every toaster I’ve ever purchased, and they never last longer than six months!

I like this toaster for its versatility and four slice design. My only issue is its longevity. This is the third one we have owned. Both of the first two we owned had one of the elements go bad making it a four slice with two of the four toasted on only one side! The first toaster was replaced under warranty. The replacement toaster was not replaced when same issue occurred. The company did offer a discount so we bought another hoping it will last longer. It is only my wife and I so the toaster does not get heavy use.
I would recommend this to a friend!
