The toaster does exactly what it says it does and very well. The dial knobs are perfect, the slider for toastiness seem to be right on point. This is replacing an older toaster with smaller slices, fewer slices, and less settings. Loving it!

This is my 2nd purchase of the same model. My previous one lasted 5 years. I replaced that with something different and after a week I re-purchased the exact same model I'd had previously! Very happy with this toaster and I should have never tried a different brand! Lesson learned!

I have appreciated the multiple levels of toasting, especially the bagel selection. The "pop up" feature has been well-used and makes for easier extraction, especially on smaller times such as English muffins.
