Good features, some concern about controls

It works well, but I have some concern about the consistency of the controls. With the same settings and same bread, I got burned toast and then only slightly toasted bread. I have only had the toaster for a short time, so will just watch future performance.
Aside from this, I like the design and features. Bagels section, directions, four slice capacity as well as one slice setting are all good ideas.

I just have to remember to select the type of item I want to toast. When I do, it comes out perfectly. My English muffins are just toasted enough, the bread toast is perfect and the bagel is lightly toasted. What more can I ask?
