We've had our old cheap toaster for years and replaced it with the 4 slice Cuisinart toaster. What a difference, not only in looks, but quality. This toaster feels well-made for the price, and so far we have no complaints on the toasting aspects. We still need to experiment with the bagel setting though. Overall, very satisfied with our purchase.
