Great toaster! I have used it many times and it is so consistent and toasts just the way we like it! My husband likes it lighter and I like it darker and it does it perfectly! I have also used the defrost and it works great as well. After reading about a lot of toasters was so glad that we got this one. It appears to be very durable and should last a long time. Will update if we need to, but expect a lot of years with this toaster. It also looks amazing and so easy to use!!

This is a very nice lookin toaster. It has just about every selection that you would need for a toaster. The only thing it does NOT have is an empty tray to get rid of the crumbs.
