Great pan, until it warped

I bought this pan 1 year ago at Bed, Bath and Beyond. Loved the pan , but it has now warped to the point it wont heat evenly. Complete waste of my hard earned money.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I have been cooking with Calphalon for over 40 years and still have some of my original pots and pans. But this deep frypan is so incredibly useful, I don't know how I got by without it. Now if only there was an 8" deep fryer!!!

The jumbo fryer is the closest thing to a combo fry pan and wok, extremely versatile for stove top use of all types; and very good stovetop to oven for braised meats and pot roast.

We have been using Calphalon for quite a few years. This "Chicken Fryer" has always been one of my favorites. I love to cook fried rice and curry in it because it has nice deep sides.

I have bought this Calphalon Classic Jumbo Fryer Pan for about a week! So far I really like, the food that have been cooked on this pan are perfect! One thing that I would recommend to the user that I would wait until the pan cool down to room temperature and use warm water and light dish soap to clean it!

I had been looking for a new nonstick pan when I spotted this great pan. I make sausage gravy for breakfast potlucks all the time and this deep pan is perfect for the job! I'm looking for stir fry recipes just to use it more often!
