I have gone through a few of these!! I love them!!! They do everything!!! Its wide enough for curries,soups,desserts! Anything!!!

This is my second Calphalon fryer, as I scratched the first one after (2) years. I didn't even consider buying any other pan to replace it. I went right back to Calphalon to buy another fryer. I use this pan almost everyday - for breakfast, sandwiches, steaks (yummy!), stir-fry, veggies, etc. It is easily cleaned as well. Love this pan!

I bought this pan for my daughter because I have one and it is one of my very favorite pans. It can easily substitute for a wok, but so much easier to use. Besides being a great functioning pan it also is so easy to clean and keep in good condition. With a lifetime warranty you can't go wrong.

Its light. I tried the product a week ago and I found the fryer can not make great contact with my kitchenaid glass top stove the first time I put it on my glasstop stove. I need to hold the handle to make it fixed on the glass top stove while cooking. Has contacted customer service for an exchange.
