Meets all my cooking/culinary needs by a long shot

Purchased a Tri-Ply set a number of years ago and love it more each day. I keep adding to it as this product is great. All of the pans cook evenly, clean up easily, and are a breeze to use. In particular, I love the angle of the handles as I am on the short side and the pans are easy to pick up and stay relatively cool (always use a pan holder as sometimes any pan's handle may get hot). I have never been disappointed to have purchased this set vs competitors offerings. I have recommended this set to people shopping your product in a local department store as a valuable and very satisfying purchase. Complements to Calphalon! I have never been disappointed in my purchase.

My husband got this for me for Christmas 3 years ago and I have 2 son who are Chefs, they love to use my pans to cook a wonderful meal for all of us!

Will Never Go Back!!!!

I have always used non stick pots and pans, however after reading the great reviews I decided to purchase this set. I am pleasantly surprised at how well and evenly the stainless steel cooked. One day (shortly after I purchased this set) I accidentally left the heat on my sauce pan and it burned my spaghetti sauce onto the bottom of the pan. I was almost sick at the thought of having to replace a brand new pan. Just one dab of soap and a stainless steel scrubber for about 2 minutes and my pot is back to new!!!!!!!! I will never go back to non stick again!!

Stop Looking and Buy These

I am usually not the type to write a review, but I love this cookware! I had my previous cookware for over 20 years and I decided it was time to purchase new ones. I researched so many different brands but kept coming back to these. I decided if I got them and didn't like them that I could always return them. They will NOT be returned, every time I use them I say to my husband I love these pans. They look beautiful and clean up is so easy. With that being said ....follow the instructions, you have to let them heat up before you add olive oil , etc. If anything sticks use barkeepers friend and they look like new.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Amazing set!

I bought this set about a month ago. I was a little Leary on spending the money especially since I know there is a learning curve to stainless steel pans. After reading a lot of different reviews I decided to upgrade and buy a set. Completely happy with this set. A lot of people are saying that everything sticks. Look up on seasoning stainless steel pans. If you season these you have no problems and follow the directions of letting them heat up. Don't add anything to the pan that will drastically drop the temperature of the pan. Let it get to a warmer temperature. If you follow the directions calphalon sets out and you give it time to learn cooking in stainless(it doesn't take long I'm a younger male who picked it up) then you too will love this set. Will buy more of the tri ply to add to my set!

I’ve had the Calphalon tri-ply set since 2006. I cook at home almost every day and this set is still going strong 13 years later.
Does food stick to these? The definition of dear is to put a high heat crust on a side of food. If the pan gets hot, the item being cooked begins to chemically change composition. You can prevent this by using an oil, water or turning the heat down.
One thing I had to adjust to is that these pans provide an intense heat to the food being cooked and you need to cook on slightly lower heat. When I sear steaks, YES I have to clean the pan afterwards.
I would buy these again 100 times out of 100

I didn't want to spend close to one thousand dollars on set of pans so after a lot of research I decide on the tri-ply and I couldn't be happier. Easy to keep looking new with Bar Keepers Friend.

Love the Pans, Hate the Handles!

My husband and I received this set at our bridal shower. We love the Pans, they cook well and are easy to clean, however we hate the handles! Very hard to get a good grip when carrying the pan, either to the sink to drain, or moving from stove top to oven.
