Love love love

Just got these in the mail today and I'm already in love. I cook ALOT and have been going through non stick almost every year. I wish I would have purchased these sooner. I watched a few YouTube videos on how to cook properly with them. I seared a pork tenderloin and fried some green beans on the stove top and nothing stuck. Nothing. Now as long as they hold up to their standards I will be happy. I think I will purchase another 2qt sauce pan though, because like I said. I cook alot and cook big dinners. Super happy with these!!

The pans are beautiful. Heat is distributed quite evenly. Overall the set is designed and work very well. The only negative that I have found, is that they are a bit difficult to clean.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I love all these tri-stainless cooking pieces and the extras that I have purchased over the last 5 years. The provided even cooking heat - love the clear glass lids and that all can go in the dishwasher. Only issue I have is getting food from around the screws where the handles meet the pan - has to be done by hand. Hope they keep adding more sizes - like a 1 qt sauce pan.

I recently purchased this set and love it. However, I had a problem cleaning my saucepan after making eggs. I used oil but some of the stains in the pan were difficult to remove. Soft scrub did not seem abrasive enough, even after letting the pan soak. Yes, I did let the pan cool down before cleaning. HELP!!

We love this set ~ it looks fabulous in our kitchen and makes us want to cook more often! I do recommend Bar Keepers Friend to keep them shiny. If you are looking for a nice set of pots and pans, spend the money and get this set. I wish we had not waited so long to buy ours!

This is the best cookware I have ever owned. Follow the simple instructions of preheating the pans and NOTHING sticks. And it is so easy to clean. Before this cookware my old pots and pans would have to soak forever to come clean. Not anymore. This cookware also cooks so much faster. I will never own any other brand. I couldn't decide between Calphalon and All-Clad and I am so glad I went with Calphalon!!!

I have in the past purchased the non stick calphalon and the non stick kept coming off. I only used wooden and or plastic/rubber spoons or spatulas and it still peeled off. This happened twice and Calphalon replaced the non stick. So, I called Calphalon to explain how disappointed I was in the non stick and they sent me a whole new Tri ply set at no cost to me. I am very happy with this set (cook everything at a lower temperature) very even heat distribution and easy clean up. I was so impressed I purchaced the 12" everyday Tri ply pan;-best pan ever for cooking stir fry, paella, fish and chicken. The pots and pans clean up great and keep their shine by using a little Bar Keepers Friend. You guys rock!! Keep up the good work and you will keep good customers well into the future. An after note: My daughter was married last year (2012) and she loved our pans and got the same set for her and her husband.
