Pans stick from cooking

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Got this from my in laws for Christmas and when I am cooking on them they stick and I cook on low heat n not on high heat n they still stick no matter what I use oil or butter they still stick no matter what I use im disappointed on these cookware
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hard to clean and Terrible handles

I understand they are not non stick and followed instructions with the temp, and doing the butter test. They work okay....but to clean them is the hard part!! If you don't mind scrubbing and polishing pans then these babies are for you! I seriously could not get the etching off the inside of them. To make matters worse the handles are a weird flat shape terrible for gripping and getting a good hold on while you scrub the heck out of the pan. Those handles are a deal breaker for me, I cant imagine using these when Im older! I had a 15 year old set of Calphalon that these replaced and I am so sad that I gave them away. They are not for frying an eggs by any means buy a good non stick pan for that.

Very disappointed

It’s just been an year I bought this and it worked ok an the electric cooktop but I am very dissatisfied after using this on the gas cooktop it is sticking to the bottom even I am cooking on the low flame.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

You won't find better cookware

After 35 years of marriage and 35 years plus of using all types of cookware I now have the best cookware I have ever used - Calphalon Tri-Ply Stainless.
I have been using the cookware on a gas cooktop but am looking forward to my Christmas present - An induction cooktop.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Needed new cookware

I have been cooking on my copperbottomed cookware for years before redoing my kitchen and adding a smooth cooktop. My cookware kept vibrating off the burners so I went in search of new cookware. I researched many brands and decided to give Calphalon a try. I love my Calphalon!! All the pots are wonderful! I did not want non-stick cookware...cleanup is not hard at all...if I have anything a little sticky, I use Barkeepers Friend and it cleans up in a snap! I highly recommend this product! This particular 13 piece arrangement works very well for me.

When cooking with this set, you must cook slowly and not be in a hurry. This enables you to get the absolute best out of the set. I love my set!
