Good but....

Heated up quite quickly on Induction stove top. But not that easy to clean. It looks great, but not the inside if you do not keep scrubbed.

Biggest Regret

I got the 13 pc set as a Christmas present and have used them quite a bit since I love to cook. I used to have a Rachel Ray 12 inch skillet and I wish I hadn't given it away. EVERY time I use my pots and pans the food clings to them. I use a non stick spray, oil, and butter whenever I cook, however none of these help. By the time I'm done cooking the breading I have on my fish or chicken will peal off and get stuck to the pan. I had to stop cooking french toast because scrapping it off the pan would make it fall apart. Even vegetables like brussel sprouts or spinach will get stuck to the pan. After making scrambled eggs, egg will be stuck to the pan. Residue doesn't just get stuck, it adheres to the pots and pans, I even tried using a metal spatula to scrap it off and it does nothing! When it comes to cleaning, I let them sit in hot soapy water so that the food residue will get loose and come off better. WRONG! I have to either scrub for several minutes even after letting them soak and sometimes I've used steel wool to get the stuff off which scratches the pan. I thought this cookware set would be chef's quality, especially considering the price, however if this is what it's like cooking with "quality" items I rather go back to using my Rachel Ray or other less expensive items because those were better quality to me.

Will not clean up

Bought the 13 piece set to replace a 30 year old set the look worse than the old set after a cooking with them twice. They will not come clean. No burnt on food ever, was very careful did no good. They discolored first use.

Very disappointed

I bought this set a few months this ago after excitedly saving up for them. I'm overall happy with the size and appearance of the set but for the quality, I'd expected a better result. I have used the 4 pans so far and when you cook even on a medium flame it tends to stick which was least expected this being heavy bottom. I cook on low heat and make sure my pan is coated properly. I’m extremely disappointed. I wish I could take them back.

Discolored after one cook & clean

I got the 13 cookware set and the 12" stir fry pan a few weeks ago. I've used about half the pans once and aftering hand washing they are discolored and almost look scratched. Very disappointed in the quality for the price. Thinking of just going back to my old cookware.

never buy these pans!!

I waited many years to buy these stainless steel pans. After spending hundreds of dollars I am so disappointed. Everything burns and sticks!!!! No matter what I cook or how I prepare the pan, the food burns and sticks. They are hard to clean and show water marks unless you stand there and polish them immediately. I have had the coated Calphalon pans and had no issues what so ever but I would never recommend these stainless pans to anyone! The pan lids and handles have no protection and you burn your hands whenever you handle the pans. I have bought protectors for the lids and handles and they look rediculous.

Tri-Ply SS

I received the 13 pc Tri-Ply SS set 2 days ago. I was so excited to have a set that cooks evenly ensuring food consistency. However, I have not found an oil that will prevent sticking. My once perfect eggs looks awful.. Help!
