Good but could be better

The pans are great but the handles are super thin. The pan slips when holding with one hand. I'm currently looking for some sort of silicone handles to place over these.

I thought long and hard about buying these pans I looked at different ones I have had calphalon before felt good and solid.I got them home washed them up dried them all by hand put away got rid of my old pans .Cook fried potatoes in one they stuck could not get the potatoes unstuck I waited to the pan cooled down washed it was not to hard to get clean But everything sticks to these pans No I do not cook using high heat I use medium I have been cooking for a long time and I'm careful with my cook wear and things they are too expensive not too take care of.Please take care of this It is too much money to throw away on pans I can not use.My husband was in business for years CUSTOMER SATISFACTION NEED NEW PANS

So disappointed

I bought these about a week ago and was so excited to have new pans and better yet the stainless steel ones. I should've listened to the other reviews because we have the same issue with sticking and cleaning, and now after washing them I have these spots that won't come off, we only use dawn dish detergent and I do not use a harsh scouring sponge. I can't imagine how they could be washed in the dishwasher if it's that hard to wash by hand!

this cannot be cleaned

these pots cannot be cleaned. :( i got the tri ply set as a gift.. it conducts heat really well.. but it cannot be cleaned. i tried bar keepers soap.. palmolive.. joy.. different sponges.. the person who gave me this as a gift wanted to buy this for themselves.. i say no way... i am rating the appearance after use..

Great pans

I've had a large set for 3 years, and cook daily with them. Superb. Easy to clean, although the fry pans do get that "restaurant look" on the sides after a time. Barkeeper's Friend sorts that out, though. Superb on the induction for quick jobs, or rice if you can turn it down low enough. But I do wish the tiny 1qt pan had a lid....
I would recommend this to a friend!

Highly disappointed

It was time for a new cookware set and I decided to treat myself and splurge on this set. My previous set was also Calphalon and I liked it but it was nonstick and I wanted to try stainless steel. What a complete waste of money! Not only does the food stick ALL the time, but a couple of my pans have warped after the first use. I recommend saving your money and looking elsewhere!

Extremely Disappointed

I bought the 13-piece Calphalon set about a month ago, and have been extremely disappointed with this purchase for the amount of money spent on them. Everything sticks to the pan and no matter what we try to do differently, it does not help. Even when cleaning the pans, there's a staining that occurs which makes the pans look terrible. Do not recommend.
