Great But...

I love the size of the pot and the fact that it's non stick. I use this pot for everything since the sides are high, it's perfect for pan frying without worrying about splatters all around the stove. After using this pot, there are a couple of things that I do not like. Yes, the handles get really hot, so that's probably a design flaw. Another flaw that bothers me is the fact that the bottom is so smooth that it does not stay in place on the stove or oven. When I need to stir something, I need to make sure i'm holding onto the handle or it'll slide right off the burner which will be disastrous. Same holds true when you put it in the oven. When I pull the rack out with the pot in it, the pot SLIDES back and when I push the rack back, it SLIDES forward making it dangerous. I can live with the hot handles, but I really really wish the pot was designed to stay put! If it were not for those two flaws (the sliding is a BIG and DANGEROUS one), this would definitely be 5 stars.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
