Fantastic Piece of Cookware For a Crowd

This is the pot to use for all of your large dinner parties or functions. You can make a terrific Coq au Vin, Butternut Squash Soup, Arroz con Pollo, Baked Ham or even a Pot Roast. It has great capacity as well as design, function and ease of use. It is also easy to clean with mild dishwashing liquid and water. A definite

Multipurpose Dutch Oven

I bought the Dutch oven for making large quantities of soups, stews and heating my salsa. I use it to make my Dr Pepper pulled pork shoulder in the over. It heats evenly and holds a consistent temperature. I love this Dutch oven and have considered buying one for each of my family members.

This is the perfect size for soups, chili, spaghetti sauces, making jelly, etc. It is so versatile, I use it every week.

I've used it only once now and loved cooking in it. Clean up was a breeze. It's a beautiful pot. Not too heavy and not too flimsy. Hope it gives me some good years of service without any scratches to the non stick service. I am always careful to use wooden or silicon utensils, but all my previous non stick cookwares have been a disappointment as they get scratched in the non stick surface.
Be careful the stainless steel handles do get hot though.

Love the Size

I purchased this because of the size. It is a very large pot and this size is difficult to find. I do not like the handles. I think they are too small for the size of the pot. I also find the pot to be lighter in weight than I expected. When the pot was one third full, I was stirring it and it kept moving around on the burner. That did not make me happy. For those 2 reasons I gave it an average rating.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
