Great for a crowd

I cook for larger groups of people on occasion, so this pot is a mainstay. Even when I was preparing a large amount of apples for a dessert, I used this pot to put the peeled, sliced apples in so I could do all of one step before moving on to the next. It is lightweight enough to be easy to carry when full, but still holds lots of food. Love it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Excellent for Indian curries

This works so well when preparing an Indian curry. You can safely maneuver frying your meats and spices in less oil, minimizing splatters!
The pot heats well and can be used on your largest burner on medium and medium high heat. The glass lid is a bonus.
It is light in weight and offers easy clean-up.

Nonstick Dutch Oven, (8.5-qt.)

When I first opened my box, I was concerned that the edges of the pot seemed thin, I am so used to working with hard anodized pots. But to my surprise when using this pot, I love the weight of it when it is full, I love the way the non-stick is so practical when it comes to cleaning. The curved contours allows for ease of use when stirring, and I have yet to have regret my purchase.

Large 8.5 qt. dutch oven is great, I'm very happy with it, very easy to clean up I can use it on top of stove or in the oven.I also have the smaller one & use it constantly. I would reccommeny it to anyone.
