I received free and here's my honest opinion on the product (12" griddle). I absolutely love 12" pans. This one is no exception. Very nice as far as not sticking. Looks absolutely great. Heavy duty and very durable. Found it to be very easy to clean. The handle just looks good. But it is SS and stays cool. I used in oven (can use up to 450 degrees). Food just looks better/tastes better with this product.

I've been using these pots and pans for a few weeks now and love them! I've never cooked with ceramic cookware before, but I'm now a big fan. The non-stick ceramic surface cooks food so nicely without sticking. Clean up is a breeze with these pots and pans which is good for a busy mom like me. The pour spouts in the tempered glass lids are so convenient for draining water and eliminates the need for a colander when draining water. I love the long handles that stay cool even after cooking for a while over a hot stove top. You can even cook with this set in an oven set up to 450 degrees F. Disclosure: I did receive this cookware set for free, however, I truly love cooking with these pots and pans and my opinions are my own.

Best cookware set ever, hands down.

I am in love with this set! I've used this to cook meat and chili to eggs and grilled cheese- you name it! It cooks everything incredibly well. The handle does get a little hot depending on which one you use, and the large pans are a little tricky to cook with since the heat only covers a portion of the pan, but you'll find that with any brand you use. I'd highly recommend investing in a set of ceramic cookware-- I don't have to use cooking spray or olive oil because nothing sticks! And cleanup is super easy- just wipe out with a damp paper towel (or ideally- hand wash with a little dish soap...that's it! Everything comes right off so you don't really have to scrub.) And make sure you don't use metal utensils so you can keep this set in great shape for the long haul!
I LOVE the easy to read measurements on the inside. If I am making rice, for example, I just fill my water up and don't have to get out a measuring cup- genius! Another great feature? The easy pour and strain feature. I can cook my pasta and strain it all in this pot.
This cookware set has surpassed my expectations! I would happily buy this and highly recommend this set to anyone and everyone! Great staple for your kitchen and awesome gift for a wedding shower too!

Love the features on this set

I received these pans for review and all opinions are my own. I am LOVING this set! The first thing I noticed was how light they were. I normally cook with cast iron so these pots and pans feel like feathers to me! :) I love the measurement features on the inside of the pots so you know how much water or liquid you have in there. The pots have pour spouts which make it a cinch to pour off water when boiling something such as eggs or spaghetti. I made eggs in the pan and it was so easy to flip them- no sticking. I do wish that these pans were dishwasher safe as I'm tired of washing everything by hand, but at least I'm used to it. I would definitely recommend this set to someone.

So easy to clean!

I am so happy that I got the chance to try Calphalon Classic Ceramic Cookware. This was my first experience cooking with ceramic cookware and now I don't ever want to go back.
What I love most about these pots and pans is that they are so easy to clean. At first reading that they weren't dishwasher safe I was worried about the time it would take me to wash them. I have made a variety of meals with this cookware, from spaghetti to pancakes. Each time I just have to rinse them and give them a quick wash. No scrubbing is required because the food just wipes/rinses right off.
This cookware is also very heavy duty and heats up really fast. I've been able to cook my meals so quickly since I've been using them.The pour spouts/lids are also so handy and cut strainers out of the equation. This really makes my life as a busy mom easier because, again, I have less work when doing dishes.
I highly recommend this cookware to busy moms like me who need to take some of the hassle out of cooking. Although I received this product for free, all opinions in this review are my own.

I have this set for 3 weeks now, and it is amazing. I do love the ceramic feature while cooking and for clean up as well. The only thing I noticed is that the bottom or the gray part gets some oily stains no matter how much I wash them. Thinking it is normal as I have seen before on other pots I have owed, but so far very pleased with it.

I unpacked this set today after receiving it as a Christmas Gift. I was setting all the pieces aside preparing to give them a pre-use washing. I noticed that one pan had a 6' long gouge on the rim. It looks like someone scraped it with a file. I realize I may have just gotten a bad egg. After I return the set and get a new one, I will write another review on how well they perform.
