Handles get hot

I've been using this set for about two months and overall I am pleased. The non-stick coating seems to work well. The product description boasts long handles that stay cool. These handles definitely get hot. Maybe the larger sauce pan is long enough to stay cool, but the fry pans and pots get pretty hot when cooking on the stove. The 8" fry pan has an especially short handle. You have to make sure you grab them from the very end.
I would recommend this to a friend!

6 qt Pot

I bought this set a few weeks ago. So far I love the frying pan. I used the 6qt big pot for the first time and although I loved the way it cooked, after I washed it (with only a sponge and nothing abrasive) it seems defective in the bottom like it is peeling. See picture. I would like a replacement pot as I do not want to return the entire set. I am hoping this does not happen to the rest of the pieces.

Teflon Chipping after 6 months

I had my wedding back in August and we asked for this set of pots and pans knowing that it was a good brand. After less than 6 months of use the Teflon has been chipping off the inside of my pots and pans. I don't own a dishwasher so everything is handwashed and we've been super gentle with them to avoid this. I'm definitely disappointed in the quality of this product and know that I'll soon have to purchase a new set if this keeps up.

Not so great as the reviews stated..

I am extremely disappointed with the quality of the classic set. Got mine for Christmas last year and not even 4 months of use, they are already scratched and nonstick coming off. Note, I only use wood and rubber/silicone utensils and hand wash only. Feels like the bad reviews and hidden so only good ones show to convince people to buy. I tried toupload a picture but image won't upload. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

Not so good

These didn't last long at all before the coating started wearing off. We used the recommended utensils with the pots and pan and hand washed them but they didn't last long. A full year didn't go by before we noticed this happening.

Lining coming off

I bought this set a year ago. I really loved it, until this week when I realized that the lining was coming off in one of the sauce pan (see picture). We've been really careful with the pans, so we wouldn't scratch them and we always followed the care instructions that came with the set.

Epic Fail - The Finish is Gone after 4 Washes.

Four washes in our residential dishwasher, and the anodized finish on the outside of the pans are GONE with only a silver finish left. I've owned Calphalon pans my whole life, and as such, have never needed to replace them. This set was a Christmas gift to expand our cookware collection because my spouse is a professional Chef. After 4 washes and less than 2 months of use, the exterior finish has disintegrated, and I am surprised at such quality from a brand that I've had in my kitchen for 20 years. I reached out to customer service to seek a remedy and will update my review accordingly. Stay tuned.

Love Love this set!

the way it cooks, and that is EVEN and it is truly non-stick. I have had this particular set for about 3 weeks now and I have seen vast differences in just the way it cooks food! I absolutely love it and stand by it! For starters, the design is simple, sleek and the weight is just about right. Not too heavy, not too light; double layer construction. The lids are tempered glass, and if you purchase their dutch oven, it can withstand heat up to 450 degrees! The lids also have built in strainers, so I don't find it necessary digging in my pantry for a single use strainer. There is also embossed measurements found on the side walls of the pots, which also comes incredible handy. love that is has Dual-layer nonstick for easy food release, and quick cleanup
