It was one of the best purchases I made for my kitchen. I have this product ddesde 2010 and I use almost every day. I wish there were other measures available in that style.

Great construction

I've been using these for over a year and are easily the best nonstick pans I've had. Heavy construction makes them very durable, good heat distribution and the handles are comfortable. Even with extended periods on the cooktop the handles don't get hot.
I would recommend this to a friend!

these pans are even better looking in person.i was overwelmed by how great they work.i will be buying a big set of these.Im going to buy a pot rack to hang them on to display them

I have used calphalon skillets for several years. It is a the best nonstick skillet available in my opinion. I would never consider buying any other skillet. The quality and durability is well worth the price.

I have owned and used a stainless steel Calphalon cook set for several years and love it...BUT...my all-time-favorite pieces are the two nonstick fry pans I bought to supplement that set. I use one or both of them literally almost every day! The set includes two perfect-sized pans: last night, I pan-fried red snapper for dinner in the large one and, this morning, I made omelettes for myself and my husband in the small one. They are just heavy enough to do as good a sear as my cast iron fry pan and just light enough to handle easily. The handles do not get hot when the pans are used on the stove, yet they allow the fry pans to be put directly into the oven, if desired. Clean up in a breeze; even cooked-on melted cheese releases easily. I appreciate that my glass lids (from the set) fit both fry pans and this makes them all the more versatile and usable. I said they are "indispensable," and I know this because (1.) I bought a set for my daughter when she set up her new apartment, and (2.) I even go so far as to pack them along when we go on vacation to our timeshare.

great for omelettes

I bought the set years ago, but never thought to rate them till now. They heat evenly, and the bottoms have never warped, making them ideal for my ceramic top stove. I've used them for eggs, crepes, French toast, and grilled cheese sandwiches (excellent for these, as runny cheese does not stick!). They are also great for making creamed corn, as the heat evenly cooks and reduces the cream. If they ever wear out, I will buy them again.
