These two pans are absolutely the best !! I have some other cookware by Calphalon, but didn't have any pans. Bought the 2-pack along with the glass lids to match----perfect fits!.
My personal opinion, you just can't go wrong with this set or any of the Calphalon cookware products.

These are the best pans. They heat up fast and the two best qualities they have are they are truly non-stick and have superior even heating. I would recommend them to everyone.

I purchased these for the outdoor kitchen. We like to make omlets on the weekend with stuff right out of the garden.
These pans do an excellent job of allowing cheese and other ingredients not to stick to the pan. Handles make it nice to flip the omlets.
The do not work on an induction top. The information you find saying they will is from an Australian version of the product.

Second Time Around!

The is the second time we've purchased the 12" Calphalon pan. We pretty much wore out the first one. We like that it heats evenly and is a great pan for almost any kind of sauteeing, frying, cooking you want to do -- it's the "everything pan" for us. We're confident the 10" pan will give us the same kind of service.

Calphalon already has a good name. We purchased the 2-pc nonstick Omelette Pan Set and have been using them for various cooking needs. My husband does most of the cooking now and he really likes the pans. They have preformed well. I would recommend them to anyone.
