Great pans!

I really like the weight of the pans. They are heavy but not as heavy as cast iron. Even cooking, wipe clean. So glad I bought these!

Calphalon skillets

I don't know how these skillets will work after years of use or if they will withstand overheating. Most non-stick skillets I have purchased have limited life and definitely do not handle overheating. However, so far I have been delighted with these pans.

Not so "nonstick"

Well, I really wanted to preserve the nonstickiness of this finish and I thought I followed the directions carefully -- but I've got some sports on the smaller skillet (not peeling) that look suspicious. Dang. It still seems to be functining well.

Quality Does Matter

I'm now convinced that it's worth spending a little more money for good cookware. The difference between the Calphalon and other pans is truly remarkable.

The Calphalon non-stick skillet set could be a bit heavier in weight, but it's good value for the price. I have some other Calphalon products that are heavyweight hard-anodized aluminum and I like them a lot, but Calphalon doesn't seem to offer them any more; at least, I haven't been able to find them.

I like the small pan for crepes. I make a dinner for the Sunday before Ash Wednesday which consists of crepes. I make at least 80 plus crepes and this size pan is perfect. I would recommend it to anyone. This pan is perfect for small omelets. I use this pan for many things. I love this pan.
