As usual, I am very happy with these Calphalon pans. Their non-stick abilities are excellent, and clean up is very easy. I highly recommend these pans for regular, daily usage. In addition, they are priced right.

I bought these for my husband as he likes to experiment, and COOK. They are awesome for omelettes, saute perfect veggies and clean up like a breeze. Lids are tight, secure fitting and were well worth the price. Which was fairly reasonable as well!

Great nonstick, easy cleanup. Big heavy handles suppose to be oven safe up to 450 deg, but have not finished food in oven yet. I prefer to use stainless steel pans for that.

Essential kitchen tools

I purchased a couple of these skillets in a smaller size some time ago, but I needed a larger one for sauteing vegetables for soups, stews etc. So I ordered this set. The 10" pan is the "workhorse" of my kitchen and I'm glad that I have two.
They heat evenly and clean like a breeze. Occasionally I have a bit of grease that sticks to the outside of the pan, but a little Cameo and a rub gets it right off. I have recommended that my granddaughter put these skillets on her wedding registry. I wouldn't want to cook without them!

These pans are deep

both of these pans are deep enough to saute lots of veggies or cook a lot of food. love the non stick quality. will be using these more than I thought.
