Cooking with Calphalon

I bought these two Calphalon pots as a set and also purchased two glass lids to match them. My cooking experience with these pots is such a delight to using them. The non stick is exactly that and the weight is evenly matched. I cook with gas at my home and I am truely enjoying my two new pots.

I ama enjoying using my new skillets. They are the right size and function well. Love the nonstick surface. I also like the handles so that they can be used in the oven. Great product! Would like a top for them though.

Just got home from a 6 week vacation and the pan set I ordered was waiting for us. It appears to be of very good quality, no scratches or dings. Cooked in 10 inch skillet last night and it worded extremely well and clean up was a snap. We are very pleased with product, especially price paid. Well worth it.

These pans are well crafted. The handles stay cool, and also feel good and firm in your hand for ultimate control of the pans. Sauteing is a pleasure because you don't need to use much oil, or butter to get the job done because these pans are really nonstick. Also they go from the stovetop to the oven for frittatas etc...
