I bought this pan as a gift for my boyfriend. He has the grilling pan already and had been wanting the flat one as well. He loves them both ,and they distribute the heat so much more evenly than other pans.

Versatile and easy

I literally got rid of three other Teflon pans when I bought this set. I like their heft and the surface. For me they are a modern equivalent of cast iron skillets, of which I have four. These are pans I can use several times a week, often several time in a cooking session. The fact I can put them in the dishwasher is icing on my cake.

I bought this set to give as a gift, I already have a set that I've been using for about a year now. These are great skillets! I love to cook, we do'nt go out much, I would rather stay home, in my own kitchen and cook. I use these skillets alot and when they wear out I'll get another set!

I wanted a pan just a bit heavy. If I am going to use a pan with a coating, I would like to be able to use all utensils on it.
