I really liked these pans, they perform well and the lids are also a plus.....only little draw back of the lids is that the handles get very hot while cooking, so use a pot holder...

I am very pleased with my Calphalon Contemporary set. Cooking is a breeze and clean-up is stress-free and not labor-intensive. These pans are heavy, which makes for even cooking and an better culinary experience. The only complaint that I have is that you must be very careful with which utensils you use while cooking with these pans. I noticed that the pans scratch very easily if you do not use great care while cooking and washing the pans; you must use wooden or nylon utensils. Other than that, this a good set for a great price (a 10" and a 12" pan!). I definitely recommend these to anyone who wants to invest in good cookware and who is committed to taking good care of said cookware.

I wondered how these skillets could be so much different from others but cooking in them one time proved they are far superior to anything I have used before. No sticking and everything cooked so evenly and nice.

I received the to Calphalon skillets promptly and began using them regularly. The non-stick surface is excellent as you would expect and I enjoy using them for omelets and general meal preparation.
