The non-stick surface has proven to not be as long lasting as more expensive pans...but...for the dollars and as often as I use them (this is my third set) I am quite happy with them. My kids get the handmedown pans when I am done.

This is my third set of these skillets. It's not that they wear out -- they just go through so much abuse I like to replace them now and then. They are really used here.

I am very happy with my purchase and started using it that very day it arrived. It was all I thought it would be. Food really cooked better in my new pans and the price was great. I will be ordering more Calphalon products from you in the future. Thanks for a great product.

10" & 12" skillets. Good value for the money. We'll see how long the non-stick surface holds up but right out of the box they were great, meaning just what we expected.

cooking made easy with nonstick pans

I was relieved to know that the pans had to be slowly heated dry before contents was placed in the pans,I had never ben told this before now. They seemed to transferr heat evenly and very quickly.It was nice to know the lids from pans they were replacing fit perfectly on them. I used one of the pans to stir fry some veggies and they were fantastic . I added nothing but the veggies and soon found the perfect heat to brown them slightly. I really do wish the 8" pan had been in on the price also. Not sure if Ill pay almost as much for the 8" as I did for the 2pc set I purchased? Im very happy with the price I paid and the functionality of the pans themselves !!
